I love fighting bosses too. I think the sheer horror and fascination of being treated to a new Contra boss is exhilarating. You&#039;re never quite sure what it&#039;s going to first do when it starts attacking, but you can be certain it will be freaky, and deadly. 

And while I mostly like console games, I can remember the first time I encountered the end mega-alien of the first Serious Sam. Running around on top of the pyramid-like building, seeing his giant health bar barely moving as I shot him... I couldn&#039;t believe he was defeatable! But like you said, that is one of the most satisfying elements, to persevere and finally win.</description>
