Realtime Worlds un-sack 23 staff members
23 FORMER workers have been re-employed by struggling developer Realtime Worlds, administrators announced today.
It transpires that the “considerable interest” expressed in Realtime Worlds revolves around their MyWorld 3D project – a 3D social game – and that potential buyers may be keen on the idea to run as a standalone business. So, in an effort to add value to the project, 23 of the 60 employees who were recently made redundant have been offered their jobs back.
Administrators also met with parliamentary representatives which they described as “useful” before concluding that they were “cautiously optimistic” about the entire debacle.
