Halo: Combat Evolved being remade, holiday release

HALO: COMBAT Evolved is being remade for the Xbox 360 and is planned for a Christmas release date, those Joystiq folks report.

According to the report, the game is not just being HDed but will be getting an art redesign. Although the audio will probably stay the same.

They suspect the game to include online co-op campaign and to support 1080p resolution and even 3D televisions.
