Digital Distribution has definitely changed the industry somewhat, now you can easily get those Indie games you never thought you could before and so you never really need to go to retail and go against the big hitters. I think GamersGate is a lot better then Steam because it isn't in one client and all your games aren't tied up to one account that if gets screwed your games are gone. Great Interview.
