Who’s That Flying!? has been announced for PSN release under the Minis brand, the second title from developers of Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess.

It is described as a “side-scrolling shooter crossed with tower defence and courtroom drama, all doused in sheer awesomeness – AND THEN SET ON FIRE.”

Players control the Guardian of Earth in the story of his defence of the planet against hordes of Doom Beasts, as he recounts it to the Galactic Council of Justice in an effort to clear his name of gross incompetence.
